Are you ready to start your new career as a bird dog? The Bird Dog Program was developed with new real estate investors in mind, providing you with all of the guidance and resources you need to get started acquiring short sales and other distressed properties.

The Bird Dog Program is a short sale training program, designed to help novices and more experienced real estate professionals and investors to earn money on short sale transactions, while simultaneously helping homeowners in need.

As a member of The Bird Dog Program, you’ll receive a range of different perks, including a landing page with information about you, your experience, your contact information, along with information on any available real estate and investment properties. All member pages are included in a directory on our site. You’re encouraged to use your landing page as a marketing tool.

To create your Bird Dog landing page, we’ll need a few things from you, including a good photo or headshot and some basic information.
