Based in Miami, Florida, Kenneth W. Brookins is a real estate sales associate, notary public and a member of The Bird Dog program.

Kenneth Brookins came to the program as a retired railway engineer and former local chairman of the United Transportation Union.

Referred to The Bird Dog Program by a friend, he became interested in the when he discovered that the program would provide him with a wonderful outlet for utilizing his leadership skills and people skills, all while earning his MBA.

“I gained valuable experience as a local [United Transportation] chairman. I also took courses in conflict resolution while attending law school, so I’m adept at working through problems and resolving disagreements and solving any problems that may arise during the course of a transaction,” Kenneth explained.

Kenneth enjoys working with homeowners who are facing a range of challenges, from financial issues that are resulting in a short sale or impending foreclosure, to families who inherit a piece of real estate and simply wish to sell in a fast, convenient transaction.
