meet amanda rudis

Based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Amanda Rudis is a real estate agent and administrator. While she’s relatively new to the real estate field, she has many years of experience that she draws upon to serve her clients, whether overseeing a short sale transaction or another real estate purchase or sale.

Prior to becoming licensed as a real estate agent, Amanda spent many years as a paralegal, handling cases in the area of criminal law, personal injury law and civil law. She holds a degree as a paralegal, in addition to an Associate’s Degree in computer networking systems.

She joined The Bird Dog Program and became interested in dealing in short sales and other distressed properties when she learned of how others were succeeding in the program. She explained, “After speaking with Kristine, I found myself really motivated and excited. I knew I had what it took to be successful.”

When she’s not chasing down leads and pursuing other real estate opportunities, she can be found spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors and enjoying arts and crafts projects.
