So you’re ready to join The Bird Dog Program! That’s great! To get started, you’ll need to purchase the plan that’s right for you. Payment plans are currently available by special arrangement.

Once you’ve paid for your tuition, you will be need to complete several documents to finalize your enrollment.

• Step 2: Print the three forms.
• Step 3: Complete the forms.
• Step 4: Scan the completed documents.
