Based in Bloomfield, New Jersey, Chris Peterson is an experienced mortgage advisor and member of The Bird Dog program.

As a mortgage loan originator, Chris serves clients in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland and California. While most of his experience thus far has centered around buyers, he’s looking forward to getting involved with sellers through his work with The Bird Dog Program.

“I’m looking forward to this opportunity to do what I love; to help facilitate real estate transactions in a way that’s free of stress and easy for the individual to understand,” Chris explained, adding that his people skills have been very useful in helping him to facilitate these kinds of transactions.

Chris enjoys working with property owners and homeowners who are facing a variety of different obstacles and challenges, from financial circumstances that are prompting a short sale or impending foreclosure, to individuals who inherit a piece of real estate and simply wish to sell the property in a fast, stress-free transaction.
